**Toulouse Appoints New Chief Financial Officer**

Dubois, a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of experience in public sector finance, will oversee the city’s financial strategy, budget planning, and fiscal policies.
Dubois, previously the Deputy CFO at Lyon, is renowned for her expertise in managing complex financial portfolios and implementing robust financial controls.
