Update: Domask and Guerrier sign Exhibit 10 contracts with NBA teams.

CHAMPAIGN — After the conclusion of the 2024 NBA Draft, former Illinois standouts Marcus Domask and Quincy Guerrier signed Exhibit 10 contracts with the Chicago Bulls and Toronto Raptors, respectively. Although neither was selected among the 58 draft picks, they will still have an opportunity to earn a spot on an NBA roster.

An Exhibit 10 contract is a one-year, minimum salary NBA agreement that is usually not guaranteed. Teams have the option to convert the contract to a two-way deal before the regular season begins or waive the player, thereby removing the salary cap impact from their payroll.

Marcus Domask earned All-Big Ten First Team honors during his lone season at Illinois. The 6-foot-6 guard was the team’s second-leading scorer, averaging 15.9 points, five rebounds, and 3.9 assists, and was a key player in the Illini’s “booty ball” offensive strategy. Originally from Waupun, Wisconsin, Domask began his career at Southern Illinois, playing four seasons with the Salukis.

Quincy Guerrier completed his college career at Illinois after two seasons each at Syracuse and Oregon. He started all 38 games for the Illini (29-9), contributing to their Big Ten tournament title and their advancement to the Elite Eight in the NCAA tournament. Guerrier averaged 9.6 points and 6.1 rebounds, shooting a career-best 37 percent from three-point range.
